    Students and staff come in from a spreadsheet. We do the first import with you and check it together.

One school never sees another

Each school's records are walled off inside the database itself, not merely hidden by the app. Even a programming mistake cannot show one school another school's children.

Passwords and payment keys

Passwords are stored scrambled and can never be read back, not even by us. Payment keys are encrypted, and repeated wrong password attempts are blocked automatically.

Every change is recorded

Who changed what, when, and from where. If a mark or a receipt is questioned months later, you can look it up.

Support that cannot go quiet

If our team signs in to help you, your staff see a banner the whole time, and we still cannot change passwords or your web address.

What schools usually ask

Do we get our own web address?
Yes. Your school starts on an address like yourschool.ourdomain.com straight away. If you already own a domain, you can point it here later and we issue the security certificate for you.
Can we use our own logo and colours?
Yes. Your logo, icon and two colours are set once and then appear everywhere parents look: the login page, the portal, fee receipts, progress cards and certificates.
How do you keep our data separate from other schools?
Every school's records sit behind a rule enforced by the database itself, so a request for one school physically cannot return another school's rows. It is not just a filter in the software that someone could forget to write.
Do parents have to install an app?
No. Parents open it in the browser on any phone. Important things also reach them by SMS or WhatsApp, so they do not have to remember to check.
How long does it take to get started?
Most schools are set up within a day and running properly within a week, once the student and staff lists are in. We do the first import with you.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The account moves to a payment-due state with a grace period and your admins are told. Everything comes back the moment the subscription is paid.
Can you bring our existing student data across?
Yes. Students come in from a spreadsheet using a template we give you. Any row that does not fit is reported with the reason, so you can correct it and run it again.
