Refund & Cancellation
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for School Management subscriptions and for online fee payments made through the platform.
Subscriptions
A school may cancel its School Management subscription at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Free trial
New schools start on a free trial and are not charged during it. If you do not continue after the trial, nothing is billed.
Online fee payments
Fee payments made by parents through the platform are collected on the school's behalf. Any refund of a fee is decided and issued by the school, not by School Management — please contact your school for a fee refund.
How to request
For a subscription billing query, contact us at support@myschool247.com. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
