These terms govern use of School Management, the school-management platform provided to schools in India. By creating an account or using the service, the school and its users agree to these terms.

The service

School Management provides software for schools to manage admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, communication and related operations, on the web and through our mobile apps. The features available depend on the plan a school is on.

Accounts

Schools are responsible for the accounts they create for their staff, students and guardians, and for keeping login details secure. You must give accurate information and use the service only for lawful, school-related purposes.

Fees and payments

Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page or in your agreement. Online fee payments made by parents are processed by our payment provider; School Management is not the merchant of record for a school's fees.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another school's data, disrupt the platform, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, School Management is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
